Just comfy and cozy as if going to the coasts. This combination is a perfect example of how lucky can one be thrifting. The cotton striped suit is from Chadwicks, the purse is Paolo Masi from Italy, the espadrilles are from Roxy and the T-shirt is from the local Shakespeare's theathre's printed shirt. You cannot beat me on this look being more economic!

Remember my post about fashion faux pas and leggings? Well, I said there are some good examples of how you can wear your leggings and this is one of them. Here I combined my Moschino brown leggings with a Franco Sarto mules, and a matching vintage wool coat from the 80s. The blouse is silk and it covers the butt and the purse is a true vintage piece from the 40-50s. Sweet!

Here I combined my Moschino brown leggings with a Franco Sarto mules, and a matching retro 50s style wool coat from Deréon, from Beyonce's fashion line. The blouse is a silk vintage inspired from Elizabeth and James from the Olsen Twins' fashion line and it covers the butt and the purse is a true vintage piece from the 40-50s. Sweet!

Golf or tennis? No problem. For more courageous people, combine your vintage pink cotton skirt with your favorite Google Staff T-shirt from Silicon Valley. Then have an oversized button-down like this pink linen one from Ralph Lauren and tie it around the waist. To complete your edgy but fun look, don't forget your favorite white ballerinas and possibly a Gucci pink cap

Le Petite Marseilles. I hope the French won't get offended but I felt very French in this combination: Jones striped top, cotton, very comfy white linen and rayon Cubavera trousers, and a vintage navy, striped Iceberg blazer. I combined it with a Fossil leather purse in baby blue, a navy silk scarf around my neck, and gold Burberry espadrilles.

If you know Ines De La Fressange, you probably won't argue with me that she would be pleased by this combination. I feel like I successfully selected all the basics a (French) fashion-conscious woman should own: a pair of white jeans from Ann Taylor Loft, a beige V-neck sweater, a striped button-down, and a black skinny belt from Banana Republic, a navy coat blazer from Iceberg, a navy loafers from Ann Klein, and straw bag from Kate Spade and a vintage straw hat. I am ready to the coasts!

This happens when you mix Italian and American designers:). A mom jeans from Levis, and an American vintage 'paprika' print cotton button down to match my Neapolitan silk ties with the paprika as well! Then, a Salvatore Ferragamo vintage blazer, a black Importina hat from California, a black tessuto Prada purse and black leather mules from Esprit and your most unusual hybrid look is ready!

Fergie is in my mind whenever I look at this style. Not particularly my first choice but the pieces together or separately deserve a mention: the capris are from Iceberg Jeans, the pajama T-shirt is from Google from Silicon Valley, the jacket is from Champion and was custom made for Rocklin, the little town in California, and the peep-toe black leather heels are from Guess
