Upon agreement, we send you a refund equal to the amount which was paid at check-out.

Within the United States, Atrium Anna website provides Priority shipping for a flat fee of $7.20  with 1-3 business day(s) delivery via USPS Priority Mail for all orders, with an additional  $3.80 handling fee for each item. Multiple items can be added to one order and shipped together. The final cost (purchase price plus shipping plus handling) is calculated at the check-out.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment in full on regular business days (Monday through Friday). Tracking information will be included in the invoice we send to you after the purchase is completed.

For store pick-up, please wait for notification before picking up your item from our store. We will provide you a pick up ID number and confirm the time with you in the order confirmation email.

The birth of Cambridge can be tied to the arrival of the Scots-Irish Macky family to New Zealand in 1844. Two of the brothers set up a trading business soon after arriving that dealt in many things, including the manufacture and wholesale of men’s clothing. This arm of the business – Cambridge Clothing Company – outfitted fellow pioneers with hard-wearing denims, coarse woollen jackets, trousers and oilskin coats necessary for the tough days ahead.

Prior to the Great Depression, the firm was the largest wholesaler of general products in the country, with branches in London and the Pacific. But like so many others, it was a casualty of the time. Following its collapse, the Macky and Goodfellow families rescued Cambridge Clothing from the wreckage of the original trading business and set about changing its direction.

Instead of supplying rural New Zealand, the rejuvenated firm sought to serve the growing urban market, specializing in tailoring men’s suiting and distributing through the growing number of independent men’s outfitters spread throughout the country. By the 1960’s Cambridge was a market leader, using the cachet and flair of designer Hardy Amies to bring excitement and sophistication to men’s clothing. By the 1970’s Cambridge had extended its reach into Australia.

Today Cambridge Clothing is approaching 150 years in the business of building men’s professional wardrobes. As ever, the company is innovative and resilient in the face of a challenging marketplace, while drawing from its experience to provide the Australasian male with exceptional, contemporary clothing. We provide the size described in the tag if available. We also take measurements and provide a size picture within each listing that serve as an approximate understanding of the item. Please make sure to study these images carefully before buying.

       All our items are either new or gently worn pre-loved items from a smoke-free environment. However, when buying them, please read the description carefully; we like vintage items (min. 20 years old) and they cannot be expected to be in a condition as a new or newer item would be. Our items are clean, washed, and/or sanitized or drycleaned but, we love dogs and we suggest that you professionally wash your item before wearing it if you are allergic to them.

    Within vintage or pre-loved, each item's condition can be different and can be scaled using the following guide:

        New with tags or new in box (NWT or NWB): Pristine, never used condition. Tags are still attached.

        New without tags or new with no box (NWOT or NWOB): No wear the item. Never used condition but without tags.

        Excellent: Gently used pre-loved. Only slight signs of wear. Does not diminish the overall appearance of the item.

         Very good: Well-maintained. Shows minor signs of wear that are consistent with light use.

        Good: Shows signs of regular use but no significant flaws.

        Fair: Show signs of regular use with additional imperfections such as holes, stains, ribs, etc.

Returns and Refund Policies:

Returns and refund requests are received two weeks within delivery for any reason. Buyer is responsible for sending back item first in its original condition. The seller then is responsible for refunding item's final price. Please note that in order to be refunded, you must initiate your return requests no later than within 14 days from delivery and the item needs to be exactly in the same condition as you received it. If this is not fulfilled, we are unable to send you a refund. We don't take responsibility for mistakes made by courier service such as delays, loss, damage, etc.
