We understand that things sometimes do not work out. Therefore, we accept return and refund requests for any reason within two weeks of delivery. Item needs to be shipped back by the buyer in its original condition to P.O. Box 984, Oregon House, CA 95962.

Upon agreement, we send you a refund equal to the amount which was paid at check-out.

We do not take responsibility for delivery mistakes made by carrier services such as delays, loss, damage, etc. However, please feel free to contact us with any questions or issues related to postage fee clarifications or related insurance. We will be happy to work it out with you!

Within the United States, Atrium Anna website provides Priority shipping for a flat fee of $7.20  with 1-3 business day(s) delivery via USPS Priority Mail for all orders, with an additional  $3.80 handling fee for each item. Multiple items can be added to one order and shipped together. The final cost (purchase price plus shipping plus handling) is calculated at the check-out.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment in full on regular business days (Monday through Friday). Tracking information will be included in the invoice we send to you after the purchase is completed.

For store pick-up, please wait for notification before picking up your item from our store. We will provide you a pick up ID number and confirm the time with you in the order confirmation email.

Otagiri is a name often used to describe a variety of stoneware that was widely sold in souvenir outlets and department stores in the West Coast from the 1950’s for about 47 years. In fact, the name was initially used in reference to the company that was involved in the importation and distribution of the porcelain and stoneware. The Otagiri Mercentile Company (OMC) imported the handcrafted and hand-painted ceramics made in Japan for distribution to high-end department stores as well as gift shops mainly in San Francisco. OMC also functioned as a third party manufacturing company, making products for other organisations like the San Francisco Music Box Company and Gibson Greetings. Celebrated artists such as Bob Harrison, Wendy Morgan, Kurt R. Kress and Tom Taylor were routinely hired to design Otagiri products.  After operating for more than two decades, OMC finally registered as a trademark in 1980 in the US. Otagiri Mercentile Company was later on sold to another company that specialises in the manufacture of collectibles in 1994 and not later afterward, manufacture of the ceramics was discontinued.

Condition and Size:

We provide the size described in the tag if available. We also take measurements and provide a size picture within each listing that serve as an approximate understanding of the item. Please make sure to study these images carefully before buying.

       All our items are either new or gently worn pre-loved items from a smoke-free environment. However, when buying them, please read the description carefully; we like vintage items (min. 20 years old) and they cannot be expected to be in a condition as a new or newer item would be. Our items are clean, washed, and/or sanitized or drycleaned but, we love dogs and we suggest that you professionally wash your item before wearing it if you are allergic to them.

    Within vintage or pre-loved, each item's condition can be different and can be scaled using the following guide:

        New with tags or new in box (NWT or NWB): Pristine, never used condition. Tags are still attached.

        New without tags or new with no box (NWOT or NWOB): No wear the item. Never used condition but without tags.

        Excellent: Gently used pre-loved. Only slight signs of wear. Does not diminish the overall appearance of the item.

         Very good: Well-maintained. Shows minor signs of wear that are consistent with light use.

        Good: Shows signs of regular use but no significant flaws.

        Fair: Show signs of regular use with additional imperfections such as holes, stains, ribs, etc.

Returns and Refund Policies:

Returns and refund requests are received two weeks within delivery for any reason. Buyer is responsible for sending back item first in its original condition. The seller then is responsible for refunding item's final price. Please note that in order to be refunded, you must initiate your return requests no later than within 14 days from delivery and the item needs to be exactly in the same condition as you received it. If this is not fulfilled, we are unable to send you a refund. We don't take responsibility for mistakes made by courier service such as delays, loss, damage, etc.
